Αμέσως μετά τις εκλογές το ΚΕΚΑ εξέδωσε το παρακάτω Δελτίο Τύπου:
«Το κόμμα μας τιμά την κάθε ψήφο που πήρε που ταυτόχρονα είναι και ψήφος εμπιστοσύνης, αλλά και ευθύνης για την αυριανή ημέρα. Ταυτόχρονα όμως σέβεται και την οποιαδήποτε επιλογή του κάθε Έλληνα που εξέφρασε το Δημοκρατικό του δικαίωμα με μια άλλη προτίμηση. Όλοι οι άνθρωποι της φύσης και του περιβάλλοντος. Όλοι οι άνθρωποι που ζητούν να έχουν ελευθερία έκφρασης και να μετέχουν στις αποφάσεις που καθορίζουν τις ζωές μας, όλοι αυτοί έχουν θέση στην μελλοντική πορεία του ΚΕΚΑ, ανεξάρτητα εάν το ψήφισαν ή όχι.
Το ΚΕΚΑ πολλές φορές έχει δηλώσει ότι ήρθε να ενώσει και όχι να διχάσει. Ο διχασμός είναι η καλύτερη μέθοδος να πνίξουν την φωνή μας. Πάμε όλοι μαζί ενωτικά και μαζικά για τους αγώνες που πρέπει να δώσουμε. Και σίγουρα θα είναι πολλοί και σκληροί.
Η ΔΥΣΗ ΕΝΟΣ ΔΥΣΚΟΛΟΥ ΑΛΛΑ ΤΙΜΙΟΥ ΑΓΩΝΑ ΚΑΙ Η ΑΝΑΤΟΛΗ ΤΗΣ ΕΠΟΜΕΝΗΣ ΜΕΡΑΣ ΤΟΥ ΚΕΚΑ.
Κόντρα σε όλα τα προγνωστικά, κάτω από ανυπέρβλητες δυσκολίες, πόλεμο ενάντια στη διαπλοκή και στα συμφέροντα. Σε ελάχιστο χρονικό διάστημα χωρίς οικονομικά μέσα και παρόλα αυτά η φωνή του ΚΕΚΑ, η φωνή των ελεύθερων ανθρώπων δυνάμωσε από άκρη σε άκρη σε όλη την χώρα. Απλοί άνθρωποι της καθημερινότητας ήρθαν και συστρατεύτηκαν με τις αρχές και τις αξίες του ΚΕΚΑ. Το Κόμμα Ελλήνων Κυνηγών και Αλιέων έκανε αισθητή την παρουσία του στην πιο δύσκολη ίσως εκλογική αναμέτρηση έως τώρα.
Σημαντικά προβλήματα που αντιμετωπίσαμε την ημέρα των εκλογών:
Παρότι εξαντλήσαμε κάθε μέσο επικοινωνίας που είχαμε στην διάθεση μας (social media, κεντρικό site του κόμματος, ομιλίες, συνεντεύξεις, συγκεντρώσεις, δελτία τύπου, ράδιο, αφίσες, έντυπα, κάρτες) πολλοί ήταν εκείνοι που δεν κατανόησαν επαρκώς το όνομα του συνδυασμού ΕΝΩΝΩ- ΣΥΜΜΑΧΙΑ ΕΛΕΥΘΕΡΙΑΣ και αναζητούσαν το ψηφοδέλτιο ως ΚΕΚΑ. Παρότι εκτυπώθηκαν 8.000.000 ψηφοδέλτια και απεστάλησαν στις περιφέρειες, παρατηρήθηκε ανεπάρκεια στον εφοδιασμό σε αρκετά εκλογικά τμήματα. Αυτά κόστισαν αρκετές χαμένες ψήφους στο συνολικό αποτέλεσμα. Όποιος δουλεύει κάνει και λάθη. Λάθη και αδυναμίες υπήρξαν, αυτά όμως δυνάμωσαν και την εμπειρία μας για τη μελλοντική πορεία μας.
Η τελική αποτίμηση:
Σε ελάχιστο χρονικό διάστημα με την ψυχή και το πάθος για μία καλύτερη Ελλάδα, για μία καλύτερη Δημοκρατία, για την ισορροπία της φύσης και του περιβάλλοντος δώσαμε μία σκληρή μάχη. Από τα 36 κόμματα που συμμετείχαν στις εθνικές εκλογές της 21ης Μαΐου, το κόμμα μας κατέλαβε την 11η θέση. 38.000 περίπου τιμητικές ψήφοι κατέγραψαν την πρώτη μας παρουσία στην πολιτική ζωή του τόπου, αλλά ταυτόχρονα σηματοδοτούν και την ευθύνη για μία συνεχή παρουσία του ΚΕΚΑ στα πολιτικά και κοινωνικά δρώμενα της πατρίδας μας.
Το ταξίδι ξεκίνησε, θα είναι μακρύς ο πηγεμός. Ότι λέγαμε προεκλογικά δεν θα το ξεχάσουμε. Η φωνή των ελεύθερων ανθρώπων που βιώνουν τη φύση δεν θα σωπάσει.
Η ελεύθερη βούληση των κυνηγών, αλιέων και των ανθρώπων του περιβάλλοντος δεν θα φιμωθεί. Το ΚΕΚΑ θα είναι «παρών» σε κάθε κοινωνικό αγώνα, σε κάθε εθελοντική δράση με πολιτικές που θα έχουν κέντρο τον άνθρωπο και όχι το κέρδος.
Πλημμυρισμένοι από ευγνωμοσύνη και συγκίνηση για όλους του συνοδοιπόρους μας σε αυτή τη δύσκολη περίοδο.
Ευχαριστούμε από καρδιάς τα μέλη της κεντρικής επιτροπής που έδωσαν την ψυχή τους από την πρώτη μέρα ίδρυσης του κόμματος.
Τους δυναμικούς μας υποψήφιους, γυναίκες και άντρες που με κατάθεση ψυχής πάλεψαν κόντρα σε όλες τις δυσκολίες.
Αυτοί θα αποτελέσουν την επόμενη μέρα του ΚΕΚΑ.
Και περισσότερο από όλους, τους ανθρώπους που μας εμπιστεύτηκαν με την ψήφο τους χωρίς ενδοιασμούς, δίνοντας αδιαπραγμάτευτα την εντολή το ΚΕΚΑ να συνεχίζει να μάχεται και να παλεύει για το όραμα και τις αξίες των ελεύθερων ανθρώπων».
