Η Ήπειρος είναι παραδοσιακά η περιοχή που φημίζεται για του Ήρωές της και τους ευεργέτες της. Έχει όμως και πολλούς κυνηγούς. Σήμερα θα γίνει εκτενής παρουσίαση του Κυνηγετικού Συλλόγου Ιωαννίνων. Συνήθως τους συλλόγους των κυνηγών τους παρουσιάζουμε στους αναγνώστες με συνεντεύξεις, κάτι που δε χρειάζεται για τον Κ. Σ Ιωαννίνων, καθώς είναι από τους πιο οργανωμένους συλλόγους της Ελλάδος και τις πληροφορίες τις βρήκαμε αναλυτικά στο διαδίκτυο. Αυτό δε σημαίνει όμως ότι κάνουμε την παρουσίαση αυθαίρετα. Επικοινωνήσαμε με το σύλλογο και μιλήσαμε με τον Πρόεδρο κ. Λύτρα Ευάγγελο. Ο ίδιος δέχθηκε με θέρμη την πρόταση για την παρουσίαση στην Ελεύθερη Ώρα. Στην Ήπειρο υπάρχουν παντού κυνηγετικοί σύλλογοι, στην Άρτα, στο Μέτσοβο, στην Κόνιτσα, στο Πωγώνι και αλλού. Η βάση όμως βρίσκεται στα Γιάννενα στον Κυνηγετικό Σύλλογο Ιωαννίνων.
Ιστορικό Συλλόγου
| Ο Κυνηγετικός Σύλλογος Ιωαννίνων είναι ο μεγαλύτερος Σύλλογος της Ηπείρου και από τους μεγαλύτερους της Ελλάδας, έχει δε ιστορία 82 χρόνων. Ιδρύθηκε στις 25 Οκτωβρίου του 1923 και στις 29 Αυγούστου το 1924 εξελέγη το πρώτο Διοικητικό Συμβούλιο μετά από ψηφοφορία. Πρόεδρος εκλέχτηκε ο τότε Δήμαρχος της πόλης των Ιωαννίνων Γεώργιος Σταυρίδης. Σκοπός της δημιουργίας του Κυνηγετικού Συλλόγου Ιωαννίνων ήταν και είναι η οργάνωση των κυνηγών, η κυνηγετική κατάρτιση και η προαγωγή αυτών, για να αποκτήσουν κυνηγετική συνείδηση προς εφαρμογή των ισχυουσών διατάξεων περί θήρας, όπως και η συμβολή του στην προστασία, διατήρηση και ανάπτυξη του θηραματικού πλούτου και την σωστή διαχείριση και προστασία του φυσικού περιβάλλοντος. Ο Κυνηγετικός Σύλλογος ως συνεργαζόμενο σωματείο με το Υπουργείο Αγροτικής Ανάπτυξης και Τροφίμων λειτουργεί υπό την εποπτεία αυτού. Διοίκηση – Προσωπικό Το Δ.Σ. του Κυνηγετικού Συλλόγου Ιωαννίνων αποτελείται από 9 μέλη.Τα 8 εκλέγονται από τα μέλη – κυνηγούς του Συλλόγου και το 9ο (Ταμίας) διορίζεται από το Γ.Γ. Περιφέρειας Ηπείρου. Η σύνθεση του Δ. Σ έχει ως εξής: Λύτρας Ευάγγελος (Πρόεδρος), Δούβαλης Χρήστος (Αντιπρόεδρος), Λιόλιος Ανδρέας (Γενικός Γραμματέας), Τσούτσης Χρήστος (Ταμίας), Φαρμάκης Σωτήριος ( Κοσμήτορας). Τα μέλη: Νάστος Δημήτριος, Μύταρης Κωνσταντίνος, Τσιούρης Δημήτριος, Καραγιάννης Ευάγγελος. Η Ελεγκτική Επιτροπή: Βλης Γεώργιος, Δούβλης Κωνσταντίνος, Κωστάκης Δημήτριος. Η θητεία του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου είναι διετής. Το προσωπικό που απασχολείται στον Κυνηγετικό Σύλλογο Ιωαννίνων είναι: Τσικουρά Ελένη (Γραμματέας). Μήνυμα Προέδρου Το κυνήγι σήμερα είναι άθλημα και όπως όλα τα αθλήματα διέπεται από κανόνες. Κανόνες γραπτούς που έχει θεσπίσει η πολιτεία και που απορρέουν από το περί δικαίου αίσθημα που διέπει την κοινωνία μας και τους θεσπιστές αυτών των κανόνων. Κανόνες άγραφους που υπαγορεύονται από την ηθική και τη συνείδηση των κυνηγών και που έχουν διαμορφωθεί και εξελιχθεί στο πέρασμα του χρόνου από την αρχαιότητα μέχρι σήμερα. Το κυνήγι είναι νόμιμη και οικολογικά συμβατή δραστηριότητα και επιδίωξή μας είναι κάθε καινούργιο μέλος που μπαίνει στην οικογένειά μας να συνειδητοποιήσει ότι είναι μέλος ενός ευρύτερου περίγυρου δομημένου πάνω τους κανόνες που προανέφερα με συγκρότηση, άποψη και θέσεις υπαγομένου στην εξελεγκτική πορεία της κοινωνίας μας .Να μάθει σήμερα πως πρέπει να συμπεριφέρεται στον συνάδελφο κυνηγό, στο θήραμα, στο σκύλο του, στον άνθρωπο της υπαίθρου για να έχει απαίτηση αύριο σε ότι έχει σχέση με το κυνήγι. Ο κ. Λύτρας επίσης δήλωσε για την ιστοσελίδα του συλλόγου: «Φίλε κυνηγέ, η ιστοσελίδα του Κυνηγετικού Συλλόγου Ιωαννίνων στην οποία έχεις πρόσβαση εντάσσεται στην προσπάθεια του Δ.Σ. του Συλλόγου για ενημέρωση των μελών του σε θέματα που αφορούν το κυνήγι σήμερα και ενέργειες που γίνονται ή πρέπει να γίνουν και που θα επηρεάσουν την πορεία του στο μέλλον. Απευθύνεται βέβαια και σε ανθρώπους που θέλουν να γνωρίσουν τι είναι το κυνήγι και το ρόλο που διαδραματίζει ο Κυνηγετικός Σύλλογος στην κοινωνία που δραστηριοποιείται». Δραστηριότητες Ξεκινώντας με τη Θηροφυλακή ο σύλλογος έχει ένα θηροφύλακα τον κ. Ευάγγελο Χαλιάσο και στηρίζοντας εμπράκτως τη λειτουργία της θηροφυλακής ο σύλλογος έχει προχωρήσει στο παρελθόν στην προμήθεια ενός 4×4 αυτοκινήτου. Επίσης, ο σύλλογος εκδίδει και περιοδικό, ο αριθμός φθάνει σήμερα στα 78 τεύχη και ο κάθε ενδιαφερόμενος μπορεί να τα διαβάσει αναλυτικά σε μορφή pdf στην ιστοσελίδα του συλλόγου. Ακόμα, ανοίγοντας την ιστοσελίδα του συλλόγου βρίσκει κανείς ενημέρωση για ασφάλιση των μελών του. Ασφαλιστικές καλύψεις, αστική ευθύνη έναντι τρίτων, προσωπικό ατύχημα, επιδόματα για ατύχημα και ειδικοί όροι είναι κάποια από τα ασφαλιστικά που μπορεί να ενδιαφέρουν τους κυνηγούς των Ιωαννίνων. Τέλος, ο σύλλογος διαθέτει και σκοπευτήριο και συγκεκριμένα αναφέρεται ως Σκοπευτικός Όμιλος Κυνηγών Ιωαννίνων, κάτι που δε συνηθίζεται στην Ελλάδα. Η σύνθεση του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου του Σκοπευτικού Ομίλου Κυνηγών Ιωαννίνων έχει ως εξής: Δημήτρης Νάστος (Πρόεδρος), Ευάγγελος Λύτρας (Αντιπρόεδρος), Ευάγγελος Καραγιάννης (Γενικός Γραμματέας), Γεώργιος Βλης (Ταμίας), Δημήτριος Τσιουρής (Γεν. Έφορας). Στο χώρο του Σκοπευτικού Ομίλου οι κυνηγοί πραγματοποιούν και διάφορες γιορτές με ψησταριές και δημοτική μουσική. Πολλοί καλλιτέχνες των συγκροτημάτων που συμμετέχουν κατά καιρούς είναι και οι ίδιοι κυνηγοί. Φυσιολατρία – Βελτίωση Βιοτόπων Όπως όλοι οι κυνηγοί, έτσι και τα μέλη του Κ. Σ Ιωαννίνων είναι κοντά στη φύση και αυτό αποδεικνύεται από την έντονη δραστηριότητά τους. Καθαρά ενημερωτικά και επιγραμματικά θα αναφέρουμε κάποιες λίγες απ’ αυτές τις δραστηριότητες: Φυσική δεξαμενή στα Πλαίσια (Νοέμβριος 2006), προετοιμασία ανοικτής ομβροδεξαμενής στο Ζάλογγο (Νοέμβριος-Δεκέμβριος 2006), περίφραξη πηγαδιού στο Θεριακήσι όπου πνίγηκαν κυνηγόσκυλα (Νοέμβριος-Δεκέμβριος 2006), περίφραξη ομβροδεξαμενής στο Ασβεστοχώρι (Νοέμβριος-Δεκέμβριος 2006), με την εθελοντική συμμετοχή των κυνηγών κατασκευάστηκε ομβροδεξαμενή για τα θηράματα στη θέση “Συγχρονιάτικα” του Δημ. Διαμερίσματος Ασβεστοχωρίου του Δήμου Μπιζανίου, κατασκευή ομβροδεξαμενής στο Δ.Δ. Κρυφοβού με επίστρωση μεμβράνης PVC επικάλυψη με χώμα, καθώς και φύτεμα φυσικών χόρτων (Ιούλιος 2006). Με σκοπό τη διαρκή βελτίωση των βιοτόπων ο σύλλογός μας πραγματοποίησε σπορές την Άνοιξη του 2005 σε πεδινές περιοχές αλλά και ορεινούς όγκους σε έκταση 364 στρεμμάτων, σπορές πραγματοποιήθηκαν στη Λάκα Σουλίου με ποικιλία σπόρων όπως καλαμπόκι, φακές, μπιζέλια κ.α. (Ιούλιος 2006). Το τρακτέρ του Συλλόγου, που αγοράστηκε το Μάρτιο του 2006 και βοηθάει σημαντικά στη βελτίωση βιοτόπων κάνοντας σπορές όπου κρίνεται απαραίτητο.Όσοι επιθυμούν να δηλώσουν περιοχές που είναι κατάλληλες για σπορές να απευθύνονται στο Σύλλογό μας για περισσότερες πληροφορίες. After I initially commented I appear to have clicked on the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and from now on whenever a comment is added I get four emails with the same comment. There has to be a way you can remove me from that service? Thanks.
