Καθαρίζουμε και τσιγαρίζουμε τις τσίχλες ίσα να πάρουν κοκκινισμα. (1 λεπτό κάθε πλευρά).

Αφαιρούμε τις τσίχλες και ρίχνουμε στο τηγάνι κρεμμύδι και τριμμένη Τομάτα μαζί με πελτέ και λίγο νερό να γίνει σάλτσα.

Παίρνουμε τη χοιρινή κοιλιά, την ανοίγουμε και τυλίγουμε τις τσίχλες μας, ρίχνοντας πάνω τους μια κουταλιά σούπας της σάλτσας μας.

Αφού τυλίξουμε τα πουλιά τα τοποθετούμε σε ταψί, ρίχνοντας μέσα το ρύζι, τρία ποτήρια νερό και το υπόλοιπο της σάλτσας. Αλατοπιπερώνουμε.

Βάζουμε στο φούρνο για 1 ώρα στους 180, ελέγχοντας το ρύζι για επιπλέον νερό.
