Στη Σαπιέντζα, λίγα ναυτικά μίλια μακριά από την Μεθώνη, κυνηγοί από όλο τον κόσμο δαπανούν χιλιάδες ευρώ, προκειμένου να πάρουν μαζί τους φεύγοντας ως λάφυρο τα κέρατα από ένα αυθεντικό κρι κρι ή από ένα μουφλόν, όπως ονομάζεται συγκεκριμένο είδος άγριου κατσικιού.
Για φέτος, σύμφωνα με την Διεύθυνση Δασών Μεσσηνίας το πρόγραμμα κυνηγίου της Ελεγχόμενης Κυνηγετικής Περιοχής Νήσου Σαπιέντζας στη Μεθώνη ξεκινά τη Δευτέρα 30 Οκτωβρίου και τελειώνει την Τετάρτη 6 Δεκεμβρίου 2023.
Οι αίγαγροι είχαν μεταφερθεί στο νησί πριν από την δεκαετία του ’60, μέσω ενός προγράμματος για τη διάσωση του είδους που είχαν εκπονήσει οι Διευθύνσεις Δασών της Κρήτης. Τότε – καθώς το είδος κινδύνευε με εξαφάνιση – είχαν επιλεγεί κάποιες ακατοίκητες νησίδες στις οποίες είχαν μεταφερθεί ζευγάρια αιγάγρων, προκειμένου να πολλαπλασιαστούν χωρίς τον φόβο των κυνηγών.
Με τα χρόνια, ωστόσο, οι ειδικοί διαπίστωσαν υπερπληθυσμό αγριμιών – οπότε αποφασίστηκε να επιτραπεί το κυνήγι με ελεγχόμενο τρόπο.
Η χώρα μας και συγκεκριμένα η Σαπιέντζα θεωρείται κορυφαίος προορισμός για κυνηγετικό εναλλακτικό τουρισμό παγκοσμίως, χάρη την εταιρεία «Safari season» με έδρα την Βουλγαρία, η οποία αναλαμβάνει εδώ και λίγα χρόνια να πουλά πακέτα στους ενδιαφερόμενους, με προορισμούς όπως η Ρωσία, η Ελλάδα, η Τουρκία και η Βουλγαρία.

Κάποια από τα βίντεο και τις φωτογραφίες έχουν αναρτηθεί στην σελίδα της εταιρίας safariseason.com με τους κυνηγούς να ποζάρουν με περίσσια υπερηφάνεια μαζί με τα θηράματά τους.
Ως ιδιοκτήτες της εταιρίας εμφανίζεται το ζευγάρι των Sani Doncheva και Vladimir Donchev, οι οποίοι ως έμπειροι εκπαιδευτές κυνηγιού έχουν βοηθήσει πολλούς ομοϊδεάτες τους να σπάσουν παγκόσμια ρεκόρ με τις επιδόσεις τους να έχουν καταγραφεί στο βιβλίο των ρεκόρ Safari Club International.
Το ζευγάρι των εκπαιδευτών έχει και συνεργάτες σε Ρωσία, Ελλάδα, Τουρκία: μαζί τους διοργανώνει τα ταξίδια των γκρουπ, κάθε φορά που ξεκινά η κυνηγητική περίοδος σε κάθε χώρα.
Στην Ελλάδα οι συνεργάτες τους έχουν έδρα την Καλαμάτα, ενώ στο site τους, krikrihunt.com υπάρχουν όλα τα βιογραφικά τους στοιχεία, οι κανονισμοί και νομικοί όροι που ισχύουν για την περίοδο του ελεγχόμενου κυνηγιού.
Σαπιέντζα
Η Σαπιέντζα είναι το δεύτερο μεγαλύτερο νησί των μεσσηνιακών Οινουσσων μετά τη Σχίζα. Βρίσκεται στa ανοιχτά των νοτιοδυτικών ακτών της Μεσσηνίας, απέναντι από τη Μεθώνη και είναι ένα κατάφυτο νησί με σπάνια χλωρίδα. Το υψηλότερο σημείο του νησιού είναι στα 219 μέτρα. Η πρόσβαση στο νησί πραγματοποιείται με τουριστικά πλοιάρια, που αναχωρούν από τη Μεθώνη.
Τι προβλέπεται
Πριν από λίγες ημέρες εγκρίθηκε από τη Διεύθυνση Δασών Μεσσηνίας το φετινό πρόγραμμα κυνηγίου της Ελεγχόμενης Κυνηγετικής Περιοχής Νήσου Σαπιέντζας στη Μεθώνη, για την περίοδο 2023-2024.
Το κυνήγι ξεκινά τη Δευτέρα 30 Οκτωβρίου και τελειώνει την Τετάρτη 6 Δεκεμβρίου 2023.
Ως ημέρες κυνηγίου ορίζονται οι Δευτέρα, Τρίτη, Τετάρτη και Πέμπτη, ενώ το κυνήγι δύναται να αρχίζει μία ώρα μετά την ανατολή του ηλίου και τελειώνει στις 2.00 μετά το μεσημέρι.
Έκδοση άδειας
Για να κυνηγήσει κάποιος στην Ελεγχόμενη Κυνηγετική Περιοχή Σαπιέντζας απαιτούνται:
Η κατοχή κοινής άδειας κυνηγίου ήτοι: Γενικής, Περιφερειακής, Τοπικής που να ισχύει και για το Νομό Μεσσηνίας. Επίσης, η απόκτηση της ειδικής άδειας για το κυνήγι στην Ελεγχόμενη Κυνηγετική Περιοχή (Ε.Κ.Π.).
Για την απόκτηση της ειδικής άδειας για το κυνήγι στην Ε.Κ.Π. πρέπει ο ενδιαφερόμενος κυνηγός, αυτοπροσώπως ή ο νόμιμος εκπρόσωπός του, να υποβάλλει στο Δασαρχείο Καλαμάτας:
– Αίτηση με τα στοιχεία του (επώνυμο, όνομα, όνομα πατέρα, επάγγελμα, διεύθυνση κατοικίας, Αριθμό Δελτίου Αστυνομικής Ταυτότητας, Αριθμό Φορολογικού Μητρώου, Αριθμό άδειας κυνηγίου και είδος αυτής) και την ημερομηνία που επιθυμεί να κυνηγήσει, καθώς και τα υπόλοιπα μέλη της ομάδας.
– Φωτοτυπία της Αδείας Θήρας. Οι αλλοδαποί κυνηγοί προσκομίζουν και μεταφρασμένη την άδεια κυνηγίου της χώρας τους.
– Το απαιτούμενο χρηματικό ποσό και το παραστατικό καταβολής του μισθώματος για τη μεταφορά του από και προς τη νήσο με το συμβεβλημένο σκάφος.
Τιμές άδειας
Η τιμή της Ειδικής Άδειας καθορίζεται ως εξής:
– Για τους Μεσσήνιους κυνηγούς 35 ευρώ
– Για τους λοιπούς Έλληνες κυνηγούς, τους υπηκόους χωρών – μελών της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης και τους υπηκόους ξένων κρατών (εκτός Ε.Ε.) που διαμένουν στην Ελλάδα πέραν της 15ετίας, 50 ευρώ
– Για τους υπηκόους ξένων κρατών εκτός Ε.Ε. 100 ευρώ.
Οι τιμές των ειδικών αδειών επιβαρύνονται με ΦΠΑ 24%. Η ειδική άδεια ισχύει για μία μόνο ημέρα κυνηγίου. Οι κυνηγοί υπήκοοι ξένων κρατών (εκτός Ε.Ε.), εκτός από την ειδική άδεια, οφείλουν να εφοδιασθούν με γενική άδεια κυνηγίου που εκδίδεται από το Δασαρχείο Καλαμάτας, καταβάλλοντας τα αντίστοιχα τέλη, όπως αυτά ορίζονται με την ετήσια απόφαση ρύθμισης θεμάτων Θήρας του υπουργείου Περιβάλλοντος & Ενέργειας, τα οποία διαμορφώνονται ως εξής: Μέχρι 15 ημέρες 60 ευρώ και μέχρι 2 μήνες, 120 ευρώ. Επιπλέον, απαιτείται η προσκόμιση ασφαλιστηρίου συμβολαίου που να καλύπτει τον κυνηγό σε περίπτωση κυνηγετικού ατυχήματος στη χώρα μας.
Τιμές θηραμάτων
Η διεξαγωγή του κυνηγίου μέχρι και 30 Νοεμβρίου θα γίνεται μόνο κατά ομάδες με την παρουσία εντεταλμένου οργάνου. Κάθε ημέρα κυνηγιού μπορούν να κυνηγήσουν έως 12 κυνηγοί χωρισμένοι σε 3 ομάδες (4 κυνηγοί ανά ομάδα).
Τη Δευτέρα 4 και την Τρίτη 5 Δεκεμβρίου μπορούν να κυνηγήσουν έως 4 μεμονωμένοι κυνηγοί κάθε ημέρα, στο όνομα των οποίων δεν έχει εκδοθεί ξανά ειδική άδεια κατά το χρονικό διάστημα από 30 Οκτωβρίου έως 30 Νοεμβρίου.
Η μεταφορά των κυνηγών από τη Μεθώνη στη Σαπιέντζα γίνεται μόνο με το συμβεβλημένο από το Δασαρχείο σκάφος.
Το κόστος για ένα πλήρες δρομολόγιο (μετάβαση από τη Μεθώνη στη Σαπιέντζα και επιστροφή) από 30 Οκτωβρίου έως 30 Νοεμβρίου, ανά ημέρα κυνηγιού, ορίζεται σε 800 ευρώ συμπεριλαμβανομένου ΦΠΑ, το οποίο θα μοιράζεται ισόποσα στους κυνηγούς που θα κυνηγούν την ημέρα εκείνη.
Το κόστος για ένα πλήρες δρομολόγιο στις 4 και 5 Δεκεμβρίου ορίζεται σε 454,26 ευρώ, συμπεριλαμβανομένου ΦΠΑ, το οποίο θα μοιράζεται ισόποσα στους κυνηγούς που θα κυνηγούν την ημέρα εκείνη.
Η απόφαση προβλέπει και τον αριθμό των θηραμάτων που επιτρέπεται, αλλά και το κόστος για κάθε ένα από αυτά, με πιο ακριβό τον αίγαγρο, για τον οποίο οι κυνηγοί του νομού θα πληρώνουν 250 ευρώ, οι υπόλοιποι κυνηγοί 320 ευρώ και οι κυνηγοί ξένων χωρών 500 ευρώ.
Όταν συμπληρωθεί ο επιτρεπόμενος αριθμός θηραμάτων, τότε το κυνήγι αυτού του είδους διακόπτεται.
