ΑΙΟΛΙΚΟ

Τις «τεράστιες επιπτώσεις στο φυσικό περιβάλλον από τις ανεμογεννήτριες που ολοκληρώνουν τον κύκλο ζωής τους και δεν απομακρύνονται» αναδεικνύει η ευρωκοινοβουλευτική ομάδα του ΚΚΕ, με ερώτηση που κατέθεσαν οι ευρωβουλευτές, Κώστας Παπαδάκης και Λευτέρης Νικολάου–Αλαβάνος στην Ευρωπαϊκή Επιτροπή, όπου σύμφωνα με σχετική ενημέρωση, αναφέρουν:

«Για ολόκληρες περιοχές της Ελλάδας, όπως τη Νότια Κάρυστο της Εύβοιας, την Αρκαδία, τη Σύρο κ.ά. υπάρχουν καταγγελίες για εγκαταλελειμμένες, ανενεργές πλέον ανεμογεννήτριες. Οι κάτοικοι των περιοχών, όπου εδώ και χρόνια έχουν τοποθετηθεί ανεμογεννήτριες, παρακολουθούν με ανησυχία τις ανυπολόγιστες συνέπειες στο περιβάλλον. Η κατάσταση αναμένεται να επιδεινωθεί, αφού σύμφωνα με στοιχεία της Ρυθμιστικής Αρχής Ενέργειας (ΡΑΕ), μέχρι και το 2030 θα λήξουν οι άδειες του 25% των ανεμογεννητριών που υπάρχουν σήμερα, ενώ δεν υπάρχει κανένας συγκεκριμένος σχεδιασμός για την αφαίρεσή τους και την αποκατάσταση του φυσικού περιβάλλοντος με ευθύνη των μονοπωλιακών ομίλων που τις νέμονται όπως και του κράτους. Σύμφωνα μάλιστα με έρευνες που έχουν δημοσιευθεί, ολόκληρες περιοχές καταλαμβάνονται πλέον από απόβλητα ανεμογεννητριών, κυρίως από τα τεράστια πτερύγιά τους, τα οποία δεν είναι ανακυκλώσιμα, που αναμένεται να ξεπεράσουν τους 45 εκατομμύρια τόνους παγκοσμίως έως το 2050.

H πρόσφατη έγκριση από το Ευρωκοινοβούλιο της τροποποίησης της Οδηγίας 2018/2001 που στήριξαν από κοινού ΝΔ, ΣΥΡΙΖΑ και ΠΑΣΟΚ, ενισχύει περαιτέρω το νομικό οπλοστάσιο για επιτάχυνση των έργων ΑΠΕ, ακόμα και σε περιοχές Natura, με fast-track διαδικασίες και ελάχιστες, ή και καθόλου σε ορισμένες περιπτώσεις, περιβαλλοντικές ή άλλες προϋποθέσεις.

Αποδεικνύεται ξανά ότι η “Πράσινη Στρατηγική” της ΕΕ έχει στο επίκεντρό της την κερδοφορία των ομίλων και όχι την προστασία του περιβάλλοντος. Έτσι, διευκολύνει τους ‘πράσινους’ ομίλους να εγκαταλείψουν στον τόπο της αρχικής εγκατάστασής τους τα σκουριασμένα μεταλλικά ‘κουφάρια’ και πτερύγια, που αποτελούνται από σύνθετα, μη ανακυκλώσιμα και όχι φιλικά προς το περιβάλλον υλικά, αφού όπως και οι ίδιοι οι όμιλοι ομολογούν, η αφαίρεση και επεξεργασία τους είναι κοστοβόρα».

Βάσει αυτών οι ευρωβουλευτές του ΚΚΕ υπέβαλαν τα εξής ερωτήματα:


«Πώς τοποθετείται η Ευρωπαϊκή Επιτροπή:

– στο ότι παρά το γεγονός ότι με βάση την αποκαλούμενη ως ‘Πράσινη Στρατηγική’ της ΕΕ και το ‘Ταμείο Ανάκαμψης και Ανθεκτικότητας’ πριμοδοτούνται με δεκάδες δισ. ευρώ οι όμιλοι των ΑΠΕ, δεν εξασφαλίζεται η προστασία του περιβάλλοντος και της δημόσιας υγείας και δίνεται το ελεύθερο στους ομίλους να εγκαταλείπουν υπολείμματα ανεμογεννητριών, χωρίς να υπόκεινται σε καμία υποχρέωση και νομική ευθύνη ανάληψης όλων των οικονομικών εξόδων και αποζημιώσεων για την απομάκρυνσή τους και την αποκατάσταση της περιοχής εγκατάστασής τους;

— σχετικά με τη νέα επιζήμια για το λαό και το περιβάλλον Οδηγία της ΕΕ, βάσει της οποίας διαμορφώνονται ειδικές οικονομικές ζώνες για fast-track εγκαταστάσεις ΑΠΕ χωρίς προϋποθέσεις, ακόμη και σε προστατευόμενες περιοχές Νatura, θεωρώντας την εγκατάστασή τους ‘υπέρτατο δημόσιο συμφέρον’, με στόχο την περιστολή των λαϊκών κινητοποιήσεων, χωρίς μάλιστα να προβλέπει το παραμικρό για την ανάληψη ευθύνης και καθολικά του κόστους από τους επιχειρηματικούς ομίλους-αναδόχους για την απομάκρυνση των εγκαταλελειμμένων ανεμογεννητριών;».
