Υλικά
1 φασιανό φασσα πέρδικα φραγκολινα η μπεκατσα
1 κρεμμύδι
1 φρέσκο κρεμμύδι
4 μανιτάρια
200 γρ φαρφάλες
1 κ γλ πάπρικα
Λίγο ρίγανη
5 γαρύφαλα
1/2 κουτί ντοματοπελτέ
Λίγο λάδι
1 κ γλ κανέλα
Εκτέλεση
Κόβουμε σε μικρά κομάτια το κρεμμύδι, πλένουμε καλά τον φασιανό δεν τον κόβουμε
Σε μια κατσαρόλα τσιγαρίζουμε το κρεμμύδι με λίγο λάδι και προσθέτουμε τον φασιανό να τσιγαρισθεί από όλες τις πλευρές του οποτε και προσθέτουμε την πάπρικα την ρίγανη
Προσθέτουμε τον τοματοπελτέ την κανελα τα γαρυφαλα και νερό και το αφήνουμε να βράσει καλά τουλάχιστον 1 ώρα και 15 λεπτά το κρέας του είναι σκληρό
40 λεπτά πριν το τέλος προσθέτουμε τα ψιλοκομένα μανιτάρια και το φρέσκο κρεμμύδι και 12 λεπτά πριν το τέλος τις φαρφάλες σερβίρεται αμέσως ζεστό.
