200 γρ Μουσκεμένο ψωμί

Μαϊντανό

1 Κρεμμύδι ψιλοκομμένο

Αλεύρι φαρίνα για το αλευρωμα

Βήμα 1

Σε ένα μπολ βάζουμε τον κιμά, το κρεμμύδι, την ρίγανη, το αλάτι και το πιπέρι, το κύμινο, το ξύδι, το ψωμί και το αυγό και ανακατεύουμε μέχρι να ενσωματωθούν.

Βήμα 2

Πλάθουμε σε μπαλίτσες και τα αλευρώνουμε και τηγανίζουμε.
