Το τρίτο της μετάλλιο κατέκτησε η ελληνική αποστολή της σκοποβολής στους τρίτους Ευρωπαϊκούς Αγώνες της Πολωνίας.
Αυτή τη φορά η χώρα μας ήρθε τρίτη στο ομαδικό σκιτ ανδρών. Τη χώρα μας εκπροσώπησαν οι Νίκος Μαυρομμάτης, Μάκης Μίτας και Μπάμπης Χαλκιαδάκης.
Στον αγώνα για την τρίτη θέση αναμετρήθηκαν με την ομάδα της Γερμανίας, την οποία εκπροσώπησαν οι Βίνσεντ Χάγκα, Φέλιξ Χάσε και Σβεν Κόρτε. Η ελληνική ομάδα αναδείχθηκε νικήτρια με 6-2 και ανέβηκε στο τρίτο σκαλί του βάθρου.
