Το Σάββατο, 25η Μαρτίου, η παράδοση θέλει να τρώμε μπακαλιάρο σκορδαλιά.

Συστατικά:
- 4 φιλέτα μπακαλιάρου
- 2 φλιτζάνια αλεύρι
- 30 ml ελαιόλαδο
ΓΙΑ ΤΗ ΣΚΟΡΔΑΛΙΑ: 1/2 φλιτζάνι λάδι
- 4-5 σκελιδες σκόρδο
- 3 φέτες μουσκεμενο μπαγιάτικο ψωμί
- 50 γρ κουκουνάρια
- 3 κ.σ ξύδι
- Λίγο αλάτι (στη μύτη του κουταλιού)
- Λίγη Ζάχαρη (στη μύτη του κουταλιού)
Τρόπος μαγειρέματος
1. Συνήθως ο μπακαλιάρος είναι παστός και χρειάζεται ξαλμύρισμα. Κόψε τα φιλέτα σε κομμάτια και άφησέ τα σε νερό από το βράδυ.
2. Την ώρα που είναι να ετοιμάσεις το φαγητό σου, στράγγιξε τον μπακαλιάρο απότ ο νερό και πέρασέ τον από το αλεύρι.
3. Σε βαθύ αντικολλητικό τηγάνι, βάλε το ελαιόλαδο αν κάψει και ψήσε τα κομμάτια του μπακαλιάρου μέχρι να πάρουν χρώμα και από τις δύο πλευρές.
4. ΓΙΑ ΤΗ ΣΚΟΡΔΑΛΙΑ: Βάλε σε ένα πολυμίξερ τα κουκουνάρια, το σκόρδο, το ξίδι, αλάτι και την ζάχαρη και χτύπησέ τα να πολοτοποιηθούν.
5. Πρόσθεσε τη μισή ποσότητα από το ελαιόλαδο και συνέχισε να χτυπάς το μείγμα σου.
6. Στίψε με τα χέρια σου το μουσκεμένο ψωμί και πρόσθεσέ το στα υπόλοιπα υλικά μαζί με το υπόλοιπο λάδι. Χτύπησε μέχρι να γίνουν μια ομοιόμορφη κρέμα.
Και…έτοιμος ο μπακαλιάρος! Καλή όρεξη!
